Philosophy: 
The nature of consulting and training services is rapidly changing. Experience still plays a role in providing good training and consulting services; however, following the new advances in the world of management and IT is playing a more important role in this sector. Facing this rapidly changing world, a real shift needs to happen in the Middle East ME region. Unfortunately, academic degrees are piled in the ME without witnessing any genuine impact on the region's businesses and competitiveness. Professional education is what the ME lacks. In Delphi Jordan, we believe that professional education is the real key to success for both companies and individuals.
